User Agreement

This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for Users’ use of the materials and services available on the website www.migron.ru (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1 The use of all materials and services on the Website is governed in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.2 This Agreement constitutes a public offer. By accessing the Website materials, the User accepts and agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

1.3 The Website Administration reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement. Such amendments shall take effect three (3) days after their publication. Users who do not agree with the changes must immediately cease using the Website’s materials and services.

2. USER OBLIGATIONS

2.1 The User agrees not to violate, through their actions or comments on the Website, applicable Russian or international laws, including those relating to intellectual property, copyright and related rights, and the protection of personal honor and dignity, and further agrees not to interfere with the proper functioning of the Website and its services.

2.2 Pursuant to Article 1270 of the Russian Civil Code, use of the Website materials without the prior written consent of the Rights Holders, as formalized in a contract, is prohibited.

2.3 When quoting materials from the Website, a mandatory reference (hyperlink) to the Website must be provided (Article 1274, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 1 of the Russian Civil Code).

2.4 The User acknowledges that the Website materials and services may contain advertisements, for which the Website Administration bears no responsibility.

3. ADMINISTRATION OBLIGATIONS

3.1 The Website Administration shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the User’s access to external resources via hyperlinks provided on the Website.

3.2 The Administration shall not be held responsible for any losses or damages incurred by the User as a result of registration on the Website, reliance on information obtained from the Website, or use of services accessed through external links.

3.3 Any delay by the Website Administration in responding to a User’s unlawful actions shall not waive its right to protect the Rights Holders’ interests at any subsequent time.

4. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

4.1 Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved by the courts in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

4.2 Information published on the Website does not constitute a partnership or any other formal relationship and is provided for informational purposes only.

4.3 If any provision of this Agreement is declared invalid by a court decision, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The User confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.

5. DISCLAIMER

Individual entrepreneur Igor G. Danilov provides the following notice: all decisions regarding the issuance of quotas, temporary residence permits, residence permits, certificates as a participant in the resettlement program for compatriots, Russian citizenship, and Russian passports are made exclusively by the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD) of Russia.
